2. Build the underground infrastructure

   Dunamai crews complete the included trenching, directional boring, conduit installation, duct-bank construction, transformer pads, vaults, and related supporting infrastructure.

3. Restore and turn over

   Deliver the included restoration scope, address applicable punch-list items, and return the affected area to the required finished condition.
